After hours remote support calls on the evenings and weekends upon request to cover issues with members that are in need of service during those hours. This is the best way to make myself available.
About Me
Hello! As a proud Colorado native with deep roots in Lamar, and having grown up in Northglenn and Thornton, my journey in the IT field is as diverse as my background. I embarked on my professional path after graduating from Lamar High School, furthering my education at Intellitec Colleges in Colorado Springs. There, I earned my Associate’s degree in Microcomputer Service in 2004, setting the stage for a rewarding career in technology.
My professional experience includes four impactful years at HP and three and a half years at Time Warner Cable, now Spectrum, where I honed my skills and deepened my passion for technology. My commitment to excellence led me to the Salida, Colorado branch of Brass Tacks PC Repair. Over six and a half years, I managed the branch and excelled as the senior technician, developing a strong connection with the community. Subsequently, I served as the senior IT Technician at High Country Bank in Salida for four and a half years, further cementing my role in the community.
My entrepreneurial journey took a significant leap when I acquired the Chaffee County members from Brass Tacks PC Repair, allowing me to serve a community I deeply care about. As an outgoing, extroverted entrepreneur and skilled technician, I pride myself on connecting with my clients and delivering exceptional computer repair and monitoring services.
